We are open all year round, however at Christmas we have special opening hours so please check with us.

Opening Times for dropping off and picking up your pet:
Monday to Friday: 9:30am to 3pm
Saturday: 9:30am to 1pm
Sunday: 10am to 11:30am

Viewing the kennels is by appointment only.

We acknowledge the stress and commitments of modern work and life and will do our best to facilitate difficult situations but for the dog's sake, all dogs must be dropped off before 2pm, this is to give them plenty of time to settle in, please check out our Useful Tips.

Please remember all dogs and cats must have up to date certificates of vaccinations including kennel cough.

We charge per day or part day, however dogs or cats collected before 1pm are not charge for that day. Our rates have not changed since 2006 and include VAT at 21%.
